Cynthia founded CeresEd in 2012. She has worked in the education industry for 30 years. She began her career as Editor in Chief at The Princeton Review, authored multiple, award-winning educational books, and established her first educational product development company in 1999.
During his twenty years in the education industry, Greg has developed a wide range of products – from high-stakes assessments to multivolume reference works. He manages teams of educators, writers, editors, designers, and illustrators to create customized learning products.
Bernard is a 30-year veteran of the IT and multimedia industry. Prior to joining CeresEd, Bernard successfully designed, developed and published multimedia products on multiple platforms as original IP and as a contractor for large publishers as Creative Director of Broken Switch Studios in Washington, D.C.
Judy is an education and training professional with more than 25 years of experience. She has done everything from secondary classroom teaching to adult professional instructor-led and virtual training at the federal government level. Prior to beginning her eLearning career, Judy was a secondary school teacher of French and Spanish and a distance learning teacher and producer for one of the first K - 12 distance learning networks. Judy is passionate about the flexibility and possibilities eLearning offers for all levels of learning.
Julie is a veteran in content development and project management with more than 11 years of experience in the education market. Prior to joining CeresEd in 2016, she was a Content Strategist at Gale, a division of Cengage Learning, where she successfully managed the content for multiple K-12 electronic products in a wide range of subject areas from health and environmental science to international current events. Julie has a knack for juggling project resources and priorities, and prides herself on her ability to exceed customer expectations.
Mo brings together finely tuned marketing and advertising acumen (MBA in Marketing from Auburn University, MA in Advertising form the University of Texas) and years of experience in education to make sure the world knows all about CeresEd. Our freelancers are our backbone, and Mo makes sure we attract and retain the very best.
Mary began her career nearly two decades ago as a research analyst, technical writer, and editor for a well-respected publisher of educational and psychological assessment tools. Since establishing herself in the education industry, Mary has been involved in instructional design and development and has helped launch the Quality Assurance departments for a start-up learning solutions company and a federal training division. She joined forces with CeresEd founder Cynthia Knable in 2004 as a freelance editor and now oversees Quality Assurance for the company.
Jackie edits content and manages science, health, and medicine projects for CeresEd. She has also worked as a freelance journalist covering health, medicine, neuroscience and climate change. Jackie holds an MS in Science Journalism from Boston University.
Cameron started with CeresEd as a copy editor in 2016, working her way into managing projects on a wide range of subjects—from current events to world cultures to alternative medicine. She holds a BS in Anthropology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
